The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
If you choose to ship to multiple addresses we will add $5 for each additional address.
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Please track your shipment as Voyager is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note: A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
We offer a 1 year warranty on all our items, no matter where it was purchased. If you have a defective product that you purchased from another retailer, please contact customer service at (877) 444-0345 or at email@example.com
We do not offer refunds for product not purchased on our site, we will exchange your product for a new one.You will need to provide a proof of purchase.
